Ongoing support packages
Five 60-minute follow-ups: $675 ($135 per session; save $75 / 10%).
Ten 60-minute follow-ups: $1,200 ($120 per session; save $300 / 20%).
The initial consultation is paid separately. Packages can be requested after that first conversation. Consultation packages expire 12 months from the purchase date, except where prohibited by applicable law.
How scheduling works

Your appointment is confirmed once we agree on a time and payment is received. Submitting the form alone does not confirm an appointment.
Single-session cancellation and rescheduling
Give at least 24 hours’ notice for a full refund or to transfer your payment to a new time. With less than 24 hours’ notice, or for a missed appointment, the full session fee is retained. Your Healthcare Bestie may make exceptions for emergencies.
Email is for scheduling and brief clarification. New questions requiring additional guidance can be addressed in a paid follow-up consultation. Packages cover scheduled sessions, not unlimited email or text support.
Follow-up package rules
Unused sessions may be refunded at the package rate: $135 per unused session for the five-session package or $120 per unused session for the ten-session package. Sessions already used are not repriced at the single-session rate.
Give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a package session without using it. Late cancellations and missed appointments count as one used session, with discretion for emergencies.
Packages stay with the original client or family situation and cannot be transferred to an unrelated person. Another family member may participate with the client’s permission.
